My goal is not to lose weight, but to make the fat I have muscle.. to be healthy and fit. By eating healthy and working out. I would like to gain muscle mass and have a very tight, muscular body I post insperation, motiavation, and I will follow back any fitness blogs :)
For every ask I will do 20 reps of squats and weights :)
